Needs Statement

Many children in Larkep, Nuwakot do not go to school because their families cannot afford their education or they are asked to work for their families in the fields. These children face harsh teaching and living environments, which often prevent them from completing their homework, attending school, and going to exams.

About 25 children currently attend the after school program, where they are supported to complete their homework by teachers in Larkep, Nuwakot.
