To rescue and care for abused, oppressed and abandoned children within the context of family.

Needs Statement

About 30 million people are in nation wide lock down due to Corono Virus (Covid 19) in Nepal. Out of the most vulnerable are daily wage workers/labourers. Global Family Nepal has rescued and restored about 180 children who were rescued from trafficking and abuse, in partnership with the Nepal government, and restored them to families. Most of these families are poor and highly dependent on their daily wages. But now, they have lost their income and are running out of food supplies. The nation has been in complete lockdown from 22nd March until 15th April 2020, with possible extensions. The government of Nepal is calling NGOs to provide relief to the most vulnerable people.
